IRL Judiciary Report: May 28-July 2 

Judiciary report for international matches played between 28 May and 2 July. 

The IRL Judiciary has taken the following decisions:

  • Alexandros Mikelopoulos (Greece) - Sin bin: Law 15.1(b) [When tackling or attempting to tackle, makes contact with the head or neck of an opponent]. Two match ban.

  • Jymaal Mellor King (Norway) - Sin bin: Law 15.1(b) [When tackling or attempting to tackle, makes contact with the head or neck of an opponent]. One match ban, with one further match suspended for 12 months.

  • Callum Davidson (Scotland) - Sin bin: Law 15.1((c) [Touch, push, pull, hold or grab an opponent’s wheelchair at any time]. No further action.

  • Archie Sykes (England Academy) - Sin bin. Law 15.1(b) [When tackling or attempting to tackle makes contact with the head or neck of an opponent - Reckless – tried to tackle but reckless about outcome]. Two match ban.

  • Owen Dagnall (England Academy) - Sin bin. Law 15.1(i) [Behaves in any way contrary to the true spirit of the game]. No further action.

  • Clement Martin (France U19) - red card. Law 15.1(a) [Trips, kicks or strikes another player]. No further action.

  • Presley Cassell (England Academy) - sin bin. Law 15.1(a) [Trips, kicks or strikes another player]. No further action.

All suspensions apply to the next domestic, representative or international games, whichever come first.
